Welcome to RecoveryFit. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RecoveryFit mobile application and related services (“Service”). By using RecoveryFit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
RecoveryFit provides tools for tracking workouts, recovery activities, and fitness-related metrics. The Service is intended for informational and tracking purposes only and does not provide medical advice.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is appropriate for your health and fitness level.
2. No Medical Advice
RecoveryFit is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment, or professional advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or modifying any exercise or recovery program. Use of the Service is at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may result from your use of the Service.
3. User Accounts and Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.
4. Workout Data and Accuracy
Workout summaries, volume calculations, recovery scores, and other metrics are estimates based on user-provided data and system calculations.
RecoveryFit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any data displayed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Interfere with the Service’s operation or security
- Submit false or misleading data intentionally
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by RecoveryFit or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
RecoveryFit may offer auto-renewing subscription plans (“Pro”).
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if required for operational or legal reasons.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
RecoveryFit does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecoveryFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including injury, data loss, or performance outcomes.
11. Third-Party Integrations
RecoveryFit may integrate with third-party services such as Apple Health. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or performance of these third-party services.
Use of such integrations is subject to the respective third party’s terms and policies.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using RecoveryFit, you represent that you meet this requirement.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
