Getting Started

What is RecoveryFit? RecoveryFit is a training and recovery tracking app designed to help you balance workload, recovery, and performance over time.
Is RecoveryFit free? RecoveryFit may offer free and paid features depending on your plan. Feature availability is always shown clearly in the app.
Which platforms are supported? RecoveryFit is currently available on supported mobile platforms. Platform availability may expand over time.

Workouts & Training

How do I log a workout? You can log workouts directly in the app by starting a session, scheduling one on the calendar, or adding a workout to a previous day.
Can I schedule workouts for later? Yes. Scheduled workouts appear on your calendar and can be started or marked complete when finished.
Can I log workouts after they’re completed? Yes. When adding a workout to a past date, you can choose to enter details such as duration, sets, reps, and weight — or skip details if preferred.
Can I run multiple workouts at the same time? No. RecoveryFit allows only one active workout session at a time to prevent data conflicts and ensure accurate recovery tracking.

Recovery & Metrics

How is recovery calculated? Recovery is calculated based on completed workouts, intensity, volume, and recovery activities logged in the app.
Do external workouts affect recovery? Only workouts logged or completed within RecoveryFit affect recovery metrics. This ensures consistent and reliable data.
What metrics does RecoveryFit track? Metrics may include training volume, time spent training, distance (for cardio), recovery impact, and exercise-specific progress over time.

Data & Account

Is my data private? Yes. Your workout and recovery data are private and used only to provide app functionality and insights.
Can I delete my account? Account deletion options are available within the app or by contacting support.
Will my workout data sync across devices? If you’re logged into the same account, your data should remain consistent across supported devices.

Troubleshooting

The app says I already have an active workout — what do I do? Finish or end the current workout session before starting a new one. If the issue persists, try restarting the app.
Something doesn’t look right in my metrics Make sure workouts were logged correctly with accurate details. If something still seems off, contact support.
