RecoveryFit collects fitness-related data that you voluntarily enter or generate while using the app.

• Recovery sessions and recovery scores (0–100)

• Custom exercises and routines
• Heart rate data (manual entry or via integrations)

B. Health & Recovery Data

RecoveryFit may collect health-related data, either manually entered by you or read from connected health services (with permission):

• Sleep duration and quality
• Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
• Resting heart rate
• Muscle soreness levels
• Stress, mood, and energy levels
• Hydration levels
• Height and weight

C. Profile & Account Information

If you create an account, we may collect:

• Age or date of birth (optional)
• Gender (optional)
• Height, weight, and fitness preferences
• App settings and preferences

D. Device & App Usage Data

When enabled, RecoveryFit collects limited technical and usage data to improve app performance:

• App lifecycle events
• Performance metrics
• Crash reports and error logs

This data does not include detailed workout or health values.

E. Purchase & Subscription Data

If you purchase a subscription, transaction data is processed through Apple and RevenueCat. We do not collect or store full payment details.

We may receive:

• Subscription status (active/inactive)
• Product identifiers
• Purchase and expiration dates

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

• Provide core app functionality
• Calculate recovery and fatigue metrics
• Sync data across devices (if enabled)

You can disable analytics and crash reporting at any time from Profile → Privacy Settings.

5. Health Integrations

RecoveryFit can read data from:

• Apple Health
• Google Fit

Only with your explicit permission.

We only access data necessary to provide app functionality.

RecoveryFit:

• Does not sell health data
• Does not use health data for advertising
• Does not share health data with third parties

We do not write data back to Apple Health unless explicitly stated.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We may share limited data with trusted service providers strictly for app functionality, such as:

• Cloud storage providers (e.g., Firebase)
• Analytics and crash reporting tools
• Subscription infrastructure (e.g., RevenueCat)

These providers only process data on our behalf and are required to protect it.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You have the ability to:

• Access and update your account information
• Disable analytics and crash reporting
• Revoke health data permissions (Apple Health / Google Fit)
• Delete your account (if applicable)

Deleting your account will remove associated cloud data, subject to reasonable retention for legal and operational purposes.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe unless required by law to retain it.

9. Children’s Privacy

RecoveryFit is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or other appropriate means.
